Nội dung:
Top hai nhân viên tình báo 707 là Kim Hyun Joon (Lee Byung Hoon) và Jin Sa Woo (Jung Joon Ho) coi nhau như anh em ruột đã thề sẽ luôn tin tưởng nhau và giữ mãi tình bạn không bao giờ thay đổi. Hyun Joon đã bị mất cha mẹ trong một tai nạn giao thông khi còn nhỏ. Anh đã không còn nhiều ký ức về cha mẹ mình vì cú shock sau cái chết của họ. Không những thế trong lònh anh còn luôn cảm thấy trống trải và cô độc. Nhưng người bạn Sa Woo đã ấp đầy khoảng trống ấy cho anh. Hai người đàn ông đến tổ chức 707 để được công nhận là một nhân viên đặc vụ. Họ đứng ra và nhận được nhiệm vụ của tổ chức tình báo quốc gia (NSS) và trở thành những nhân viên tình báo hàng đầu. Họ gặp nhân viên tình báo Choi Seung Hee (Kim Tae Hee) và cả hai người đều có tình cảm với Seung Hee. Nhưng Hyun Joon và Seung Hee lại thân thiết hơn và Sa Woo đã phải đấu tranh rất nhiều để che giấu tình cảm mình dành cho Seung Hee. Anh đã cố gắng để chúc mừng cho Hyun Joon. Hyun Joon và Seung Hee luôn hẹn hò bí mật không cho các đồng nghiệp của mình biết và họ còn cùng nhau bí mật du lịch qua Nhật. Sau khi quay về Hàn Quốc họ lập tức nhận được nhiệm vụ qua Hungary cùng với Sa Woo. Và khi họ hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ làm việc đồng đội và tổ chức ăn mừng thì một lá thư đã được gửi đến Hyun Joon để yêu cầu một cuộc gặp bí mật...
